We do not participate in any health insurances, health insurance networks, Medicaid or Medicare; therefore, we cannot accept assignment for insurance. Patients submit a copy of their itemized bill of services rendered at their appointment to their individual insurance carrier for evaluation of benefits.

If it is determined that the patient requires orthotics, then half of the fee is required for a deposit. The other half is then collected after the orthotics have come back from the lab (usually 5-10 business days). For all other services provided, payment is required in full at the time of the service. We accept the following payment options:
